Mr. Morgan contacted Atom Fabrications to design and install bespoke wrought iron railings along a sloped garden wall at the front of his property. The existing wall offered little protection and he wanted something secure, visually appealing, and in keeping with the traditional style of his home.
Initial Consultation & Survey: During the site visit, we took detailed measurements of the sloped boundary and discussed design styles. Mr. Morgan chose a classic wrought iron look with decorative scrollwork and vertical bars.
Custom Fabrication: Due to the slope, each railing section was individually measured and fabricated to step down with the wall while maintaining consistent height and symmetry. All sections were hand-welded, primed, and finished with a black powder coat for durability.
Installation: The railings were securely fixed into the wall using resin anchors and custom base plates. Special attention was paid to alignment and spacing to ensure a smooth visual flow down the slope.
Finishing Touches: Decorative end finials and ball tops were added for extra detail and a polished appearance. Anti-rust treatments were applied to all fixings for long-term protection.
Result: A beautifully crafted railing system that adds character, security, and traditional charm to the garden while perfectly following the contours of the sloped wall—enhancing the kerb appeal and safety of the property.
